This power tool impellers automatic balancing machine is suitable for single plane vertical balancing of small disk-type workpieces. The equipment integrates automatic balance measurement, automatic handling, automatic drilling correction, re-testing and dust-absorbing, and has features of short cycle time and high efficiency. The measuring station uses a precision rising sleeve to tighten the workpiece, which can simultaneously measure the balance vectors of the impeller, the edge of the impeller and the position of the support frame; the servo motor drives the product to rotate which ensures a good repeatition precision, and the proximity switch automatically detects the rotational speed which doesn't require no need for manual scribing. The de-weighting station is controlled by PLC servo motor with power head. The equipment adopts color touch screen, all changeover data and parameters can be modified through the touch screen, with mg, mg*mm multi-function unbalance value unit switching function. The main functions of the software part of this equipment are balance test, balance data storage and printing, data statistics after qualification judgment, and also has the function of calculating the weight of trial mass (for the operator to verify whether the dynamic balance standard is accurate or not).
