Zero Dynamic's customized rotor dynamic balancing & runout detection machine (Model: XH-16QM)
1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic's customized rotor dynamic balancing & runout detection machine (model: XH-16QM) is an equipment customized for military industry customer, integrating workpiece dynamic balance measurement and end plane & radial runout detection functions. This equipment is suitable for dynamic balance detection of workpieces with a weight ≤ 16kg, a diameter ≤ 360mm, and a support range of 40-400mm. For runout detection, Keyence high-speed and high-precision CCD laser sensors are used, which can simultaneously detect the radial runout at 3 positions of the workpiece and the surface runout, meeting the customer's requirements for dynamic balance and runout detection of workpiece.
