With the joint efforts of the Zero Dynamic's technical and business teams, Suzhou Zero Dynamic Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Huachuan Electric Parts Co., Ltd signed a procurement contract for a two-station automotive generator rotor automatic balancing machine.The balancing machine is developed and manufactured by Zero Dynamic. The machine has been successfully delivered to Huachuan in March 2024 and has been put into production.
Chengdu Huachuan Electric Parts Co., Ltd was founded in October 1966, is the first domestic motor enterprise to be awarded the national recognition of enterprise technology centre and national technological innovation demonstration enterprises, is also a national accredited laboratory, China's top ten enterprises in the automotive motor electrical and electronics industry, the new energy automotive motor engineering research centre in Sichuan Province. The two-station automotive generator rotor automatic balancing machine developed by Zero Dynamic is compatible with generator rotors with diameters of 69.3mm - 108.7mm, shaft lengths of 135-154mm, and weights of 5kg or less, and the balancing correction method is double-plane diagonal drilling (the number of holes on the same claw can be set). The equipment adopts Zero Dynamic's latest balancing system, including dynamic balancing measurement, data storage (including initial unbalance and allowable residual unbalance), qualification judgement, automatic drilling correction, and uploading of measurement results. The angle of the de-weighting power head can be adjusted in the range of 30-60° to meet the balancing correction requirements of different rotor sizes.
