With the joint efforts of the Zero Dynamic's Sales and R&D teams, Suzhou Zero Dynamic Co., Ltd signed a procurement contract for a new energy motor automatic balancing machine with Nidec Motor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The new energy motor balancing machine ordered is an equipment independently developed and produced by Zero Dynamic. The balancing machine was delivered successfully recently.
Nidec (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is a Japanese solely-owned enterprise registered in Dalian in February 1992, which is one of the largest comprehensive motor manufacturers in the world. It has a building land area of 19,776 square metres, a total construction area of 26,483 square metres, and more than 8,000 employees. The company mainly produces various ultra-precision motors, DC brushless motors, axial fans, moulds and parts of the above products.
Suzhou Zero Dynaic Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the listed company, Jiangsu Liance Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd (stock code: 688113). Since its establishment, the company has been deeply committed to the field of high-speed dynamic balancing. After more than 20 years of continuous exploration and accumulation of industry and technology experience, the company has been able to provide customised dynamic balancing solutions for customers in different industries to meet their needs for automation and intelligent transformation.
This new energy motor automatic balancing machine developed by Zero Dynamic is compatible for double-plane dynamic balancing measurement and three-axis linkage end drilling correction of all kinds of magnetic and non-magnetic rotors ranging from 1-5kg, with diameters of Φ40-120mm and stack thicknesses of 50-200mm. This equipment adopts the lower belt drive, which is convenient for loading and unloading with the robot of automated production line. Soft bearing structure and high-precision vibration sensor can meet the dynamic balancing measurement of all kinds of rotors under different rotational speeds, with high vibration-resistant structure and high repetition accuracy. The de-weighting station uses three-axis linkage power head, no need to rotate the rotor in the de-weighting process, and the three-axis linkage enables both sides to de-weight at the same time, which can greatly improve the production efficiency. This equipment uses windows operating system, which is easy to learn, and the self-developed dynamic balancing software has the functions of data saving, querying, exporting and printing, and also supports amplitude display, and comes with alarm prompts, which is convenient to find the fault location. In addition, this equipment also has MES system uploading and can be added with specified functions according to customer requirements.
The signing of this new energy motor balancing machine contract is not only the recognition of Nidec Group on the product comprehensive performance, quality and strength of Zero Dynamic, but also has a positive and important significance for the company's next step in expanding overseas markets. In the future, we will continue to optimise the existing products and insist on innovation, constantly improve the quality management level, provide customers with better quality products and services, and make our own contribution to the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
